1.  What is EDT Spray?  EDT stands for Eau De Toilette.  It is comprised of a softer concentration of cologne than that of other cologne's or perfume's.  The spray part of that is just that, a spray nozzle on the bottle is used for extraction of the cologne onto the body.

2.  Is your cologne authentic?  All cologne's that Cologne Commando sells are authentic in origin and none of the fragrances are replica's of other knockoff's.

3.  How do you ship your cologne?  Our cologne's are shipped by UPS ground 3-7 days for a fee of $5.99 in the continental United States. Free shipping via UPS ground for orders of $59.00 or more within the continental USA. International shipping is provided by USPS international express 7-12 days.  International shipping fee's apply at a rate of 15.99 per item.  International orders are subject to customs and tariffs which is the customers responsibility.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

5.  Do you accept returns on orders?  Cologne Commando does not accept returns unless we have made a mistake with the wrong item shipped.  Do to the threat of tampering, we cannot receive returns for any type of cologne that has been shipped to the customer.  Please contact us if we have made a mistake with the wrong cologne shipped to you.

6.  Do you ever give customer contact information to third parties?  Cologne Commando will never give customer information to third parties.

7.  How do you protect your cusomers' important data?  We take customer security very serious at Cologne Commando.  Our website is protected by encryption code from online predators through our host site and also through extravagant online security applications.  Customer data is our top priority and be sure that your impertinent data is safe. 

8.  Can I track my order?  All orders can be tracked via UPS with your tracking number at the end if checking out.
