A shipping charge of $5.99 will be added to the cost of the items ordered within the USA. Orders over $59.00 will be free of shipping charges within the continental USA.  All products ordered will be shipped via UPS ground within 3-7 business days, depending on the accuracy of order information received. International shipping is available at a premium shipping rate anywhere in the world via USPS international priority. Please Note, customs may require import duties and/or tax fee's when products arrive.  We are not responsible for these fee's.  Please allow 7-12 day's for shipments outside the continental United States.  

     At Cologne Commando we strive to be fair and timely with shipping results and are not subject to fault due to inadeqate order information confirmed by customers or the transcient shipping problems that may occur. 

    Cologne Commando's operational hours are Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM central standard time. So, consider delivery time when ordering products on the weekend. 

     Return Policy - All sales are final and no returns are allowed.  We need to be as clear as possible on this due to safety concerns with product tampering.  We want every customer to be totally satisfied with the products they have ordered, but if a mistake has occured with the wrong item shipped, please contact us for details and a response number, so we can confirm the item return specifics.  Any and all returns will be at our discretion.

     South Dakota customer's will be charged a sales tax fee with each order from 4% to 6% depending on location.
